Anthony Simioni Appointed as Group General Manager of Doxa Community Club

Doxa Community Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Simioni as its new Group General Manager.


Anthony brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked across gaming, bars, and retail since 2009 before progressing into senior management roles. His career has seen him open new venues, lead marketing and HR departments, implement gaming and loyalty programs, and oversee operations at various pubs and clubs.


Since joining Doxa Community Club in 2017 as Group Marketing Manager, Anthony has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategy and growth. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, where he strengthened compliance frameworks, enhanced operational efficiency, and helped position Doxa Community Club for long-term success. His leadership has been instrumental in maintaining Doxa Community Club’s commitment to providing exceptional experiences for its members while ensuring the sustainability of its contributions to the Doxa Youth Foundation (DYF).

As Group General Manager, Anthony will focus on keeping Doxa Community Club competitive in a changing industry, ensuring the organisation continues to offer a strong entertainment and gaming experience, while maintaining its reputation as a responsible club. Additionally, he is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.
